Wow...dh lama xupdate blog... lately..busy ngn keje (bukan ade keje sgt pn..meronggeng jew lebey hehehe..).. As I told before... ak dh tendered my resignation letter kt pervious company... and currently working at Scope International (wholly subsidiary of Standard Chartered – UK) as Global Operation Officer.. cucu cicit kepada Chief Operation Officer..hahahahah (berangan jew lebey)
Erm.....basically bila dh join company baru (lain) org akn tnya...what do u feel after u join SCOPE?? So...bg ak..so far ok la...(since ak xlg diberi actual task..training theory jew...) plus.. aku de geng y best....n jumpa member2 y best..mmg heaven la..kt sni...( ade Mai,din, Alia, Fuzy, Rauf, Sede, Zai...n ramai ag...hehehe..) style kn...keje stu company ngn member...mmg best... jgn jeles..hehehe..

Lamb Kabsa
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tomato
1 onion
1 teaspoon cumin
4 green cardamom pods
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
1 cinnamon stick
4 ounces tomato sauce
1 black lime
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1-1/2 cups basmati rice
Pinch saffron
4 cloves
1/4 cup chopped cilantro, for garnish
fried pine nuts and almonds, for garnish.
1. In a 4-quart saucepan on high heat add lamb and cover with water and add chicken cubes. Allow to come to a full boil then reduce heat to low and cover. When done reserve lamb broth. Meanwhile in a food processor add onion and pulse until diced, remove and then do the same with the tomato being careful not to puree. Sit aside.
2. In a saute pan on medium heat, add oil and onions. Allow onions to cook until tender. Add tomato, tomato sauce, cumin, cardamom, pepper, salt, cinnamon, black lime, ginger, cloves and saffron. Allow to cook for 1 minute.
3. Add rice and saute for another minute marinating in the spice mixture. Add meat and carefully push down so no rice is above meat. Pour lamb broth very carefully on top of mixture. Broth should be 1/2 inch above mix. Bring to a full boil, reduce heat to low and cover. Allow to cook 30-40 minutes minutes, until rice has fully cooked. DO NOT remove lid until finished.
4. Place on serving platter. Garnish top with nuts and cilantro.

Perhaps it is the best decision~
I had tendered my resignation letter on 15 Nov 2011...hopefully....I had made the best decision for my future life...Frankly speaking, it’s hard for me to decide which one is better... either I stay at my current position or accept offer from other company...I’m actually comfort which my current lifestyle..I have very friendly and joyful officemates...plus its lack of working pressure here!!....I’m totally enjoyed...but on the other side... I wish to find other working experience in different industry... which it is more challenging for me... and at the same time I could learn something new!! And indirectly could find new friends (perhaps...) may Allah bless me...amin...
To all my ex-officemate to-be...thanks for all your support and guidance... I will miss u guys.... perhaps... we could meet again in the future..insya-Allah... To my ex-boss to-be... thanks for your kindness of giving me an opportunity to develop my career at your firm.... I really2 appreciate it... thanks again!!

This is my favourite television series in TLC... “CAKE BOSS” he (his name is Buddy) so awesome and super duper creative!! I couldn’t imagine how could he get those idea to decorate all his cake...it’s pretty awesome dude!! And It’s real...I hope I could be a part of his team...And learn all his secret recipes & skills (neyhhh.. that’s impossible hehehe)..
In this episode... I’m totally dazzled by his 2nd touch of wedding cake!! The cake so energetic with colourful of flowers (striking colours... I mention again...striking!!) For a wedding cake...It’s crazy!! But he had done perfectly!!! I love it... 100% love it!!
Note : that’s bridezilla... is totally insane!! If i’m Buddy... I will do nothing for her... (Thank God...that I’m no buddy...)
