ReplyDeleteSince when i mention customer "Always right" huh? customer= human... human=not 100% perfect/right..its just marketing's phrase...but that is their responsibility...to make sure everything in order and on time... i neh xde la kejam sgt... klu bru order setakat 10-30 minutes nk bengang... they took about an hour++ kot (at that particular of time)... i xtau la skung dh improve ka x..(hopefully improve la..)..btw..y u nk bengang2 neh..knp ek? u management kt SR tue ek.. thank god u baca my post..at least u boleh tau..feedback one of ur customer bout ur services..i hope u will take some action..its for ur own good.. i xdpt pape pn... i pling kurang pn... klu x ska.. p la mkn kt tmpt lain..as simple as that....
